Well, I weighed 222.2 today.  Which is sort of funny because I started at 230 and the first week I ended up at 222.2.  And now, three weeks later, I am still at that weight.
Okay, well, I'm going to call that maintenance.
And then I'm going to be "good" . . . which I hate to use that word because I am not good or bad simply because I eat or don't eat something, but what I mean is that I am going to eat right, eat carefully, take care of my body and avoid the processed food that makes me fat.
(And, no, I do not want to talk about what I ate today.  Let's just pretend today never happened.)
I'd really like to get under 220 by next week.  I wonder if I can do that?
